You know the point at which inventiveness goes from "wow, this is unexpectedly brilliant" to "wow, this is actually really gross?"
I think that Heston Blumenthal has found that point.

Any time I've ever read anything about that restaurant, I've thought, "eccchhh." Looks like some of the customers will feel that way now, too!

Apparently Heston's back in action. BTW, have you heard about his new TV series in which he creates these amazing feasts? I haven't seen one yet, but a friend says that they are completely over-the-top incredible.
