Dear, patient readers, I know it's been a while. I'm hoping to get back into regular blogging soon. (Regular cooking would be a good start.) Meanwhile, I'll leave you with the promise of delicious things to come, both verbally and photographically. These quince blossoms brightened my day, as I hope they do yours.

I have been wondering (and a little bit of worrying) about you. I hope everything's okay and that you are just busy?
Anne -
Have you seen this story?
Too sad.
BSR! So good to see you around the intertubes. How are you?? I did see that article (sad!) but now the word might be that he was misquoted and they're sort of, kind of not completely closing? I wish people would get their stories straight.
They are beauties, aren't they? One of my favorite spring flowers and they are out here in Seattle too.
